Refund & Return Policy

At Vibe 365, we are committed to delivering premium quality fragrances with a seamless shopping experience. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible. Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for perfumes that have been opened, tested, or used due to hygiene and safety concerns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable. These include opened or used perfume bottles, products purchased during clearance sales or with promotional discounts (unless damaged or incorrect), and personalized items such as custom gift boxes.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email us at customercare@vibe365.in with your order ID, registered email or phone number, and the reason for return. Include clear images of the product, and if possible, share an unboxing video to support your request. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with further steps.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and we receive the item, the refund will be processed. If the payment was made online, the refund will be credited to the original method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after verification. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only offered in cases where a wrong or damaged product was delivered. A replacement will be shipped once the original item is received and verified by our team, subject to availability.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
