At Vibe 365, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a straightforward cancellation policy to ensure you remain in control of your order.
You may cancel your order any time before it has been packed or dispatched. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can reach out to our customer support team and request cancellation. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse. At this point, the cancellation window is closed. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming payment.
To request cancellation, please contact us at customercare@vibe365.in with your order number and registered contact information. Our support team will check the order status and assist you accordingly. If the order is still eligible for cancellation, we’ll confirm it and initiate the refund process immediately.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed promptly. For online payments, the amount will be refunded to the original source (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking) within 3 to 5 working days. For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, no payment is collected and therefore no refund is needed.
In rare cases, Vibe 365 may cancel your order due to product unavailability, stock errors, payment issues, or if the order is flagged for security reasons. If this happens, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed without any deductions.
